Kim Beynon, Chief Executive Officer
Kim Beynon is a global leader with extensive experience in the full business transformation cycle, including strategy development, organizational development and design, program management, change management, executive coaching, team coaching, process design, implementation, and integration into ongoing operations. As the leader of a firm specializing in strategic transformational initiatives, Kim provides business advisory, team coaching, and executive coaching services that have led to the metamorphosis of individuals, teams, and global organizations.
She is a former senior executive for Deloitte, Macquarie, GE Capital, AIG, and Bridgewater whose broad experience in strategy, finance, operations, and compliance has resulted in remarkable transformative improvements for some of the world’s largest companies. She is a catalyst for change whose ability to modify behavior and motivate diverse groups has united disjointed groups with a synergism that drives them to deliver in some of the most difficult circumstances and has allowed individual leaders to thrive—even in uncertain times.
For over two decades, Kim has built and led international teams, created new departments, integrated acquisitions, and transformed organizations, leading them through complex challenges and preparing them for future growth. Her skill and achievements have garnered her widespread recognition from global leaders and corporate boards.

Kim is passionate about giving back to the Community. Kim previously sat on the NYC Advisory Board of Youth About Business serving disadvantaged youths. She currently sits on The University of Georgia Terry College of Business Alumni Board. Kim also sits on the Project Management Institute of New York City with responsibility for Strategic Planning, as well as Chairing the Audit Committee.
